We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after it was shipped.  Free shipping is only for US residents.  To qualify for free shipping you must purchase 2 or more items.  Triple check your shipping address.


All sales are final.  No refund or exchanges.  However, we strive to provide the best service. 


Returns & Exchanges:

Great Customer Service and Your happiness is what we strive for.

Your items are very delicate.  Be sure to open them carefully.  Also, with adequate care and storage they can last a long time.

As a reminder, your items encounter some very susceptible parts of the body.  For hygienic purposes all sales are FINAL.
However, we strive for excellence and there are instances when exceptions are made. Those are case by case scenarios and each situation is assessed to determine whether or not an exception in the policy can be made.
If your claim is approved, you have 7 days from the date it was approved to return the item.& Please, note returns and refunds will not be accepted if you fail to return the item(s) within 7 days of your approved claim.

We are not responsible for the following:
Items damaged or lost in transit.  We do our best to secure the item(s), but we are not responsible for those elements outside of the seller/buyers control.
Items not fitting
Items damaged or lost in the buyers possession

As a reminder, the parts of your items that come in contact with sensitive parts of the body. Please check out the TLC section on how to clean and care for your items.
